Charity Art Show for Francesca Talamini 3/10/12
Jinx Proof Tattoo will be hosting a charity art show on Saturday March 10th, 2012 to raise money for Francesca Talamini.
Little Frankie was born premature in May 2006 at only 26 weeks, weighing 1.8lbs. Having been born with barely any immune system, she contracted MRSA Staph Infection, which caused her to have no circulation to her brain or organs, forcing them to shut down. As she fought this infection, her brain received injuries causing her to contract Periventricular Leukomalacia. Essentially, PVL as it is known, causes dead spots within the brain that cause Cerebral Palsy.
The region of Frankie’s brain affected by the PVL controls learning and the lower mobility of her body. She has already undergone several painful surgeries on her hips and legs. She must undergo intense physical therapy on a daily basis, something which no 5 year old should ever have to endure. While some of the equipment and therapy she needs are covered by insurance, some unfortunately are not. This is where you can help . Please help us to help this beautiful little girl and prove that good things can happen to good people.
We are accepting submissions from all artists. Subject matter and medium is up to you. All submissions will be sold and the proceeds will go towards Frankies medical bills. The art show will be held on Saturday March 10th, 2012 at the Kearny Irish. The Irish is located at 95 Kearny Ave, Kearny NJ 07032. The show will start at 8:00pm, art will be auctioned off at approximately 11:00pm. Please join us and come on out for a good cause.

Take Valley Road (south) to Bloomfield Avenue and a make a LEFT at the Police Station/Municipal Building. Make your next immediate left onto Midland Avenue, we are two doors in on the right hand side at number 7.
FROM THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY NORTH:
Exit 148, stay in left lane. Follow signs for Bloomfield Avenue, Montclair. The left lane turns into a U-Turn; once through the U-Turn, you need to make a RIGHT onto Bloomfield Avenue. Go a few miles through the towns of Bloomfield and Glen Ridge, then into Montclair. Pass Lackawana Station on your right, and continue up Bloomfield Ave, then make a right onto Midland Avenue we are located on the right at number 7.
FROM THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY SOUTH:
Exit 151- Watchung Avenue, and make a right off the exit. Stay on Watchung, going through Bloomfield and Glen Ridge until you come to Grove Street, at Grove Street make a left and then continue to Claremont Ave then make a right. Take Claremont up to Midland Ave and Make a left. We are located on the left at 7 Midland Ave, at the corner of Bloomfield Ave.
FROM NJ TURNPIKE:
Exit 15W to Route 280 West. Take exit 8B(Prospect Ave, Cedar Grove). That exit puts you on the road in the direction you want to go. Take Prospect Ave all the way down to Bloomfield Ave and make a right. Follow Bloomfield Ave and make your first left onto Midland Ave after Valley Road(Montclair Police station on the left hand side) We are located at 7 Midland Ave on the right.

Take Lincoln Tunnel to Route 3 West. Take Route 3 to the Grove street exit and make a left off the ramp. Take Grove Street until you come to Claremont Ave and make a right turn.
